There is an issue connecting to the requested destination. To resolve this issue:
- Verify the system (or application) proxy settings are correct. See http://proxyfaq/
- Submit a ServiceNow ticket and include the following information:
- System name
- Operating system type (ie Linux, Windows, IOT, Mac)
- System location (ie Lab, Client Network, Datacenter)
- Destination address(es)

This issue is generally the result of:
- Incorrect proxy settings on the system or application
- Attempting to access an unapproved destination.
